Dunkin’ Donuts

Stale donuts at Dunkin today. I guess I will just stick with Krispy Kreme! On the bright side, the cashier was extremely pleasant. Its just a shame that the product didn’t match up. With Krispy Kreme two doors down, you better do better DD!

We had to order twice. Once at the speaker and then once more at the window. I think the guy that was working was the only one there and he was also taking orders inside. The donuts were good tho. I was gonna give this place 3 stars because of the inconsistent customer service, but since the guy there was working as hard and fast as he could I’ll give it a 4.

Very friendly, fast, and accurate. It’s a fast food restaurant, and that’s all I ask.

okay updated review. 30 days later I went back and tried again since the owner called me back and seemed to be a good chap. This location is still broken. Ordered at window they got my order all screwed up. When I asked the guy at window how it was that someone repeated my order back to me exactly yet he did not know what it was he offered that «Sir, I did not take your order». Really, who cares go ask the person who did that repeated it back to me correcty. Don’t feel safe eating here as incompetence and rudeness seem to rule the day.
Owner called me back and was very helpful and offered a refund. Either way I will try again in 30 days and see if the issues have been solved. If so I will add another star.
There is a reason this place is two stars. The current set of employees and manager needs to be replaced. ¹⁄₁₂ visit — no everything bagel at 6:45 am money dropped out window the employee made me wait while he came outside to pick up my 15cents. Then told me I would need to drive forward to wait to get my regular menu item order. ¹⁄₁₄ visit again asked to drive forward to wait for my regular menu item. Refused and attempted to explain to heavy lady that I needed to be at work on time just like her and she told me to move along there were customers waiting behind me. Called manager Al (he would not give last name) and he was helpful but offered nothing for my troubles. Called owner. Place should be out of business in 6 months.

Got my free coffee for National Coffee Day. Paid $ 0.00 and got my coffee in less than a minute! A simple iced coffee was better than expected.

When I order something and let you know how I want it to be made I expect that especially if I’m paying for it. I am not a fan of people not knowing there menu I mean it’s dunkin donuts not much to know. The young lady attending to me was not helpful nor knowledgable. She kept putting the wrong donuts in my box. I’m a frequent dunkin donuts goer and I know service can be better.

Grabbed a coffee and bagel sandwich at the drive through. Quick fast service — and of course delicious coffee!

Good experience at the drive-​thru. At first I thought the clerk was ignoring me, but then I realized she was looking at my dog in the backseat. She asked about his breed and we ended up having a brief, pleasant conversation about our pets. It’s rare to have any kind of human interaction at drive-​thrus, so it was nice.
Other than that, it’s Dunkin, you know? Pretty consistent. The parking lot is small, and the drive-​thru is cramped due to sharing a parking lot with Guthrie’s Chicken.
I ordered the butter pecan iced coffee with a double shot of espresso. It was my first time ordering it, and it was GOOD. Highly recommended.

I’ve never had to wait 15 Mins in a drive thru before. There were 2 cars ahead of me and the parking lot was empty. Slow service. Sucks I can’t trust to get in and out of a donut place fast. I wanted to leave but was stuck in the poles/​barricade ad couldn’t just leave the line.

We ate breakfast at the Dunkin on north Monroe,
If you make the same mistake great will be your woe.
Four sandwiches we ordered, four sandwiches we got.
But they were so tiny! The $ 16 we paid seems an awful lot.
The wake up wrap was maybe big enough for a bird,
The steak and egg burrito was the SADDEST little turd.
The chicken biscuit was small and mostly okay,
But then I found some weird connective tissue and threw it away.
This concludes my humble review,

Seriously don’t bother with anything but the coffee and donuts.
