Elite Flooring

After hiring and paying for a carpet install I would not recommend this company.
1. Did not finish the job of installing carpet in my business but was quick to show pics on Facebook.
2. the base that they installed was incomplete and is falling off the wall.
3. the seams in the carpet are showing and the carpet is separating.
4. The owner and son have refused to give a receipt with product info, warranty and the normal documentation that you would expect with a receipt.
After many text messages to the listed cell phone number, all I was given was zero. They would never answer the phone. The number listed is to the son of the business and I was given the number to the father (owner), but after leaving messages, no return call.
I have since check several sources off complaints and have found many. I will not ever recommend this business for flooring or anything else.
