I usually go there 3 – 4 times a week for packages drop offs only but I never wait and the people that work there knows my face. It’s not a big facility I wouldn’t go to that location for copying and printing needs there other location on Monroe and of Thomasville road is great for that.

I thought you might be interested in the delivery experience I had with the delivery of my gift by FEDEX 3401 Commonwealth Tallahassee Fl.
The FEDEX delivery man made the first attempt while I was not at home and he left a delivery note on the door. My daughter arrived shortly there after and called Fedex to ask why the deliveryman did not leave the package in the apartment complex office? She was told that he said the office was closed, to which she replied the office was open until six o’clock. The Fedex customer service agent said she would send a request for the driver to attempt redelivery today. My daughter was grateful. The driver arrived two hours later, he came to her door, but unfortunately her wallet had fallen out in the car so she didn’t have her ID. She asked him if he would leave it in the office. He responded is it open. She replied yes, and that she would run to her car and get her ID and pick it up there. She dashed out ahead of him and ran down stairs to her car, which was in front of the apartment office, She got her ID and ran into the office but the FEDEX delivery man was no where in sight. According to the office staff, he did not even come in to get a signature and leave the package. I have complained to FEDEX, but thought you would like to be apprised of the kind of service you are paying for and the poor customer service from FEDEX. This was additionally upsetting because this was a birthday gift for my daughter and it looks like we are going to go through the same thing tomorrow when they try to redeliver. I requested through the fedex site that the package be signed for by the office staff, I only hope the driver will deliver the gift to the office.
