Rent a property from this company if you want any of the following:
— Save money on your electric bill because the AC/​Heat doesn’t work half the time
— Save money on your water bill because the water pressure is pitiful
— Potential tenants being paraded through your rental when you have 2.5 months left on your lease and you’re still living there. Its even better when you work 12hr night shifts and you’re trying to sleep during the day.
— A cold, unwelcoming staff
— Zero leniency on your first late fee, even after a year of paying on time. The staff does have favorites that they are willing to give a break to, though.
— Paying the same monthly rent as the renovated duplex next to you when yours is not renovated
It was such a life changing experience renting with First Property Services, I can’t imagine renting anywhere else. Ever.

I had a great experience renting from First Property Services. Our manager, Donna, was always available. We never had any maintenance needs or things that went unaddressed. They were fairly strict as a company, but if you’re a good tenant, you won’t have any problems.
