Very disappointed after supporting them on Facebook, attending and sharing their events, buying charts and books from them, buying a discovery flight for a family member, sending comments and words of encouragement to them. I felt it was great to see a woman-​owned aviation business!
Then I began discussions about leasing my airplane to them when I leave the country. They kept putting me off until my departure was almost upon me. We were leaning on the front counter flipping casually throught the logbooks; Lacey told me to change my registration on the plane to their mailing address as soon as possible, which I did. Winston told me the aircraft looked good to him, though there was a bad spark plug at take-​off so we stayed close to the airport for the test flight. I expected a formal discussion of the lease. Instead Faith blew me off via email! When I stopped back by the school, Lacey said, «It’s hard to explain.» Poor communication, no consideration of my needs in the situation. This is no way to treat a customer!
