First off. I’m a loyal Great Clips customer. I’ve been visiting for over 10 years. However, this new promotion of the online check in is ridiculous. I was in a hurry during my lunch break and drove by the store and noticed only one person was waiting. I reserved my place in the store. Only to find out two minutes later that an entire family of 4 checked in online! They all walked in a went ahead of me. I told the manager that I would not have visited if I knew 5 people were ahead of me! This online check in promotion is a horrible idea and upsets a lot of people! Not sure what genius at corporate thought of the idea but they obviously have never had to wait for a hair cut!

The online checkin is good. Kina is an excellent hair professional (and a nice person). I paid 75 for a haircut in a local salon that shall remain nameless, and Kina’s $ 11.99 cut was about a hundred times better. And faster. And completely without pretensions.

Also, be prepared to wait an eternity for a haircut here. Call ahead.
