LOVE Dr. Carol Ebert-​Gorb and her staff! Came in for a routine checkup and I was blown away with her attention to detail and friendly manner. Practice is ran by a husband and wife.
I made an appointment online and received a call the next day to process insurance and get more details about what the appointment was for.
Optical is inside JC Penney, so parking is easy. Park in the corner by LOFT/Dillard’s to be close.
Glasses selection is vast and Dr. Ebert-​Gorb didn’t put any pressure on what brand of contact I chose, or whether I wanted to purchase them through her office.
The best part of the appointment was the detail. Dr. Ebert-​Gorb spent the extra time to talk about the flex of my cornea, what that meant for lasik surgery, recommendations for local corneal specialists and even the breakdown of different contact solutions. Needless to say, there was no rush!
