After having driven by this stand numerous times, I finally was able to give this place a try. Per the recommendation of the girl taking orders, I got the pulled pork sandwich with Mac & Cheese and Cole Slaw. My friend got the BBQ Ribs with Mac & Cheese and French Fries. The Pulled Pork Sandwich certainly did not disappoint. It was loaded with tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork. The Mac & Cheese was good, but nothing special. I wasn’t a fan of the mayo-based cole slaw that was lacking seasoning so it was like a mouthful of mayo. However, the BBQ sauce was amaaaazing… I could drink that stuff straight. My friend thoroughly enjoyed the ribs. I felt that they were a little too chewy and required a little work to get off the bone, but they had great flavor. I tend to prefer fall-off-the-bone ribs, but to each their own. The fries were pretty good and probably the best of the sides that we got. My friend agreed that the BBQ sauce is phenomenal. They definitely got a winning recipe with that sauce.
