McDonald’s

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Customer service is bad. If you have to go here be sure it isn’t when they are switching over from breakfast to lunch. While I was waiting on my order three people came in from drive thru with wrong orders. I ordered sweet tea with my meal. They ran out tea out front so I went to ask for some and it took me 5 mins to be able to tell the cashier because she was too busy fixing complaints. Then they were out of tea in drive thru. I asked for tea and no ice. Sure enough she put so much ice in it I could barely get the straw in it. After being there for almost 20 mins for a tea and sandwich I said the hell with it.

Aside from the mediocre food, this particular location is sub par. Stop only if you must. Issues with customer service as well as honoring menu prices.

Consistent bad service here. Unfortunately the location is great so I keep giving it «another chance». Tried to get 2 sausage McMuffins (no special order) this morn at the drive through and was asked to pull over into the wait parking space. They can’t even get McMuffins out he door? 12 minutes later I walked in and got my money back. No apologies, no explanation. Cannot even express my anger and frustration.

This location seems unable to cope with a lot of customers. Last two times I have been told to pull up an wait for my order which has been longer than 10 mins. They need a new management team and better workers (they seem unfriendly)

Came here to get coffee twice during lunch. First time through the drive thru they seemed a little unfriendly. Second time I went inside and they forgot about me, so I was left to wait, not realizing that they just forgot to pour me my coffee. They get at least 2 stars because I did at least get my coffee!

We officially gave up on McDonald’s on the North side of Tally. Running late one morning, we went in to grab breakfast-​with great trepidation. Big mistake. Twenty five minutes later we finally got our food. The place was less than clean and people in the store were still waiting for their breakfast. We watched them change over to lunch while people were still in line to order breakfast. I finally got out my poison fingers and wrote a missive to corporate and told them why this was the «restaurant of last resort» and the reason this chain is losing it’s market share. Don’t bother with this store, or any of the stores on Monroe. Terrible management and terrible employee training. Terrible service and inconsistent sanitation.
Oh, and one other thing… I can now buy McCafe at Publix. So I need never step foot in a McDonald’s again if I want a cup of their coffee. Problem solved. Yay!

A lot of the staff are really lazy and are constantly saying «I’m not doing that». Another staff member I could hear and see yelling about how she hates the manager and she is such a bitch and constantly putting down the company and the store. Personally I feel it is very unprofessional. If i was a manager I would fire her. There is simply no excuse.

If I could give this McDonalds no stars, I would! This is the WORST one in Tallahassee. I’ve gone at 10 pm & their «fresh & ready» cookies were not ready! My boyfriend & I waiting 20 minutes then left without cookies. Today I went, on a Sunday, & the girl had never heard of 49 cent hamburgers & 59 cent cheeseburgers. ITS SUNDAY DUMBASS everyone know this! Fine, I got a double cheeseburger & asked for Sweet & Sour sauce they wanted to charge me 75 cents for 1!!! I honestly am NEVER going back to this McDonalds. They’re all slow, & there’s always a problem!

Pretty bad McDonald’s. They recently remodeled and have a double drive through but this one still sucks. The employees are dumb. They’ve gotten my order wrong at least 10 times. They are slow and they don’t take you in the right order in the double drive through. It’s not the worst McDonald’s though. LOL
