Mimi’s Garden Gate Flowers

don’t waste your money, absolute wrong arrangement sent and mimi just ignored my requests to redo it she spent more time blaming somone else than with any concern over what she had done. do not use this florist

My father passed away this weekend. My girlfriend in Miami sent flowers to the family in Tallahassee from Mimi’s. The flowers arrived Monday at 5pm. We changed the water and took good care of the flowers for a few days. By Thursday morning the flowers looked REALLY sad as most of them were wilted and drooping (take a look at the pictures that were taken after a couple days). My aunt called about the sub-​standard flowers Thursday morning, left a message an no one called back. My aunt tried again at 2pm, spoke to someone who said they will be in touch later to resolve the issue. Its now Friday afternoon and no one has bothered to call. My girlfriend is flying in today and I am now afraid to show her that her flowers didn’t even last at total of 4 days and they are now all dead. DO NOT buy flowers from this place. Not only do they sell flowers that don’t last very long, but they also fail to deliver in the customer service department. This place gets a BIG FAIL!!!
Update: Saturday about 6pm replacement flowers were dropped off… almost three days after my aunts Thursday calls. I feel a little better that a replacement was sent… but three days is a little long to wait to get a replacement. Its unfortunate this could not have been done right the first time.
