Mindify Smoke BBQ Joint

Tried Mindify for the first time today and I don’t mind if they do! Tried the double smoked ham sandwich for lunch and it was very good. Got a half slab of ribs w/​beans and mac ‘n cheese for sides for later. They were very good also. Prices are very reasonable. It is takeout only and bring cash or check, no cards accepted. Lots more things on the menu that I want to try the next time. They have smoked chicken that looked delicious and some creative hot dog/​sausage combinations that sounded interesting.

This place is great! Love all the sides, especially the baked-​style extra cheesy mac n cheese. Tried the chicken and pulled pork, which were all perfectly smoked and tender. Can’t wait to try some beef on the weekend!

Some of the best bbq pulled pork and chicken I’ve had in Tallahassee. Try their pulled pork sandwich «Memphis style» with coleslaw and sauce on it. It’s simple and delicious. The pork is piled high and perfectly tender and the coleslaw is sweet creamy and savory all at the same time. Then there’s the sauce. The owner makes all his sauces himself. I tried the «sweet and sassy» and it was delicious.
Unfortunately I didn’t know that they didn’t accept cards so I had to take a short trip to take out some cash, but this actually turned out to be a good thing because in that time I decided to go crazy and also order a chicken leg, which gave the sandwich a run its money. A jumbo chicken leg FULL of delicious smoked flavor and perfectly cooked. With the chicken I also tried the spicy sauce which was also awesome.
I would recommend Mindify to anyone who asked. In short the food is simple, well-​priced, and most importantly delicious.
