I came in for my second appt. expecting a poor experience based on my previous visit. Terry was so sweet, nice and took good care of me. She made me change this review to a positive.

The Accounting staff does not file the claims in a timely manner. Then the customer has to pay for the «outstanding balances». I don’t appreciate them scamming me and putting more money into their pockets. I’m done with them. Poor organization, unprofessional (Office manager) and out right ridiculous. Another thing, they never answer their phones. Good Grief!
