I have been going to Dr. Oliver for atleast 15 years. My whole family sees him and we love him. I have never had any issues with Dr. oliver himself… he has been wonderful.
The issues are… the wait time. THe last 3 times I have waited 2+ hours in the waiting room before I was even seated in a room. After you get in a room you wait 30+ more minutes to see Dr. Oliver. I find this wait time to be outrageous.
Issue#2: The staff. Seems that the office has a pretty high turn over rate with front desk staff and 8 out of 10 are not friendly. I absolutely adore Iesha who has been there forever, so if i need something handles, I can always speak with her.
As I listed above Dr. Oliver is Great, the nurses are great and the office manager is wonderful but beware of receptionists and the wait time.
