I been using this company for a few years now maybe about 4 years for a second out of state number. I just called them tonight to change my payment method I don’t know where they find the people to work there but these people are the most nicest and patient people ever. I’m partially deaf it ain’t fun talking to me on the phone, I can ask you to repeat something a thousand times if you don’t talk slowly to me. I tell them I am partially deaf they abide by this and talk slowly for me unlike other companies who get mad hang up act like the call dropped like they are on a cell phone talking to me, Really! Patlive even made a note on my account so when I call in they will automatically know to speak slow to me. You can’t get no better than that, this company rocks! The service works good too!

I have just opened my Unilocal account to post a review for PatLive. I hope it does not get filtered because I live in California and this company is located in Florida. Anyway, I wanted to thank this company for helping me transfer my phone number to another carrier. In general companies are not very helpful unless they are making a profit but I found PatLive to be different. A good example of this is Walmart; when I purchase merchandise at their stores I never have to wait more than a few minutes but when I have to return merchandise there is a long line and it usually takes for ever.
I have a vanity number I had with PatLive and I did not want to lose it. To transfer it out I needed some help and although PatLive was losing a client the staff members where friendly, helpful and THE WAY THEY TREATED ME WAS THE SAME AS THE WAY THEY TREATED ME A YEAR AGO WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR THE FIST TIME TO BUY THEIR SERVICE.
I will definitely recommend their services to my friend and in the future I will likely use them again. Best customer service ever!
