Proof Bottle Shop

I am honestly glad I stopped here on my way home from Orlando. I cannot stress to you how awesome this place is.
Atmosphere: The place is small but adequate for the product they have. I’m pretty sure they had wine and liquor but honestly didn’t check as I was only interested in the beer which was around the corner.
Quality: GREAT selection. If it is available in Florida these guys do their damnest to get it in. I saw Southern Tier, Terrapin, Victory, Magic Hat and all sorts of other beers.
Service: These guys were amazing. The two employees that were there were very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Even made great recommendations. I left to eat lunch next door and came back to take pictures for my blog and they ended up calling Byron who came down to the store. Very cool!
Selection: As I said earlier, EXCELLENT. Perhaps worth skipping anything in the Panhandle to make a trip over here. They showed me the bar next door, Proof and oh my God it was awesome. About 25 beers on tap and they were great. I even saw some Swamp Head beer which is new to the area.

Right next to the Proof Bar, this is the store that offers lots of liquor and beer to take home. The first thing I really like about this bottle shop is that they have one of the most unique varieties in the city. Lots of vodka, rum and tequila to go around! The back aisle of the store has fridges loaded with strange beer brands and flavors that the average drinker probably has never heard about before. They have a constant rotation of cool designs and get their stock from all over the place. One of my most favorite beers I had bought here before was the Irritated Koala, but sadly they no longer stock that one. This store is not the place you will go to if you want wine, but for a kick-​ass college party you can buy some surprises for your friends for sure!
Prices vary on some items and they may not be the best, but this store definitely has a bit of a more classy feel. Staff is usually friendly and will help you pick cool things out. The ceiling is open air and since it is connected to the actual bar, you can hear the loud music and conversations being held next door. Proof also has a rewards program where you get a point for every dollar you spend and then a gift card for ever 100 points. Parking area is so tiny though since Tennessee street can be a pain as well, but do not let that discourage you if you want to get your drink on!
