Hunter was sooo helpful in finding the right vape for me. He told me that the PAX was really popular but recommended me getting the Tokn instead, which was half the price! I’ve had it for a week now and am so happy! It’s not often you get a knowledgeable employee that looks out for their customers and doesn’t try to up-sell them.

If there could be an option for negative stars, I would click that. After my second bad experience here, I feel an obligation to my community to write this. My second experience here was the absolute WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. I walked in with my two roommates and asked about student discounts, because we all go to FSU, and the owner literally screamed at us to look at the board. After being so rudely confronted, she came around the counter and got into our faces and demanded to know if we were«Mystery Shoppers.» We had absolutely no idea what happened or what we did wrong, and finally got her to calm down and explain to us what that was. She told us that«mystery shoppers» are shoppers other smoke shops send in to look at and beat prices. I wouldn’t spend a single cent in this shop, even if I had to. I encourage everyone who reads this to shop somewhere that actually cares about the customers that support them.

First of all, the people here are very nice and helpful however, they do not stand behind their products. I have spent so much money replacing horrible products from them that didn’t even last a month. I question their knowledge of their products considering I did minimal research on some of their vape pens, came in, and ended up knowing more about it than they did. Nice people, just afraid they don’t know what they’re talking about.
