The pizza is delicious and its cool to watch the chef work the wood fired oven. That is definitely a skill. Try the pepperoni.

This is easily one of the best trucks in Seminole Country. This truck is putting gourmet twists on everyone’s childhood favorite — the Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Never have I had grilled cheese sammies like these. This truck was conveniently positioned across the street for the «spirited» patrons of Midtown. After glancing at the menu, excitement ran through me like a kid on Christmas morning because I haven’t had a grilled cheese sandwich in an extremely long time and I’ve certainly never had a «gourmet» one. So like a typical bro-​mance, my friends and I shared a few sandwiches and and order of fries.
«The Popper» was essentially a jalapeño popper in sandwich form — fresh jalapeño slices, cream cheese and cheddar. Spicy deliciousness. «The Dani» had goat cheese, gouda cheese, sauteed onions, fresh basil and tomatoes. Savory richness. Last, but not least, «Jenny», which was my personal favorite — brie, pepper jack, proscuitto and berry preserves. I feel like I should be sitting countryside with a glass of wine while eating this sandwich. The non-​crispy fries tasted okay, but certainly nothing special. I would stick to the sandwiches and pass on the fries next time.
Overall, the service was quick and the sandwiches were downright awesome. This truck is childhood comfort food to the core where the only thing missing is gourmet tomato soup… and if it’s added to the menu in the near future, then I expect full credit :-P

Just had the aporkalypse and it was fantastic. Some of the sandwiches are a little spicy for me but for an after drinking meal you cannot beat this place. Their special fruit barbecue sauces are the best. I wish I would have ordered more on the side.

I love Sir Cheezy! Their grilled cheeses are unbelievable and impossible to copy (I’ve tried). They have so many different combinations I wouldn’t have thought of, one day I want to try them all.

Sir Cheezy is probably one of the best food trucks in Tallahassee and is certainly the best thing that can happen to you when you stumble out of a bar. I’ve tried several of their sandwiches on the menu and I’ve never been disappointed. They offer the option of getting a whole or half sandwich, which works out perfectly because some of the grilled cheeses borderline on too rich and half is really all you need. You can stalk them via facebook and foursquare to find out where they’re gonna be for the night.
Don’t forget to grab one of their punch cards for some grilled cheese loyalty deals!

So unbelievably good. Who knew there were this many varieties of grilled cheesy goodness? They take cash and credit card and do all of their menu items in full or half size. They have a knack for being in the right place just when you’re craving a little late-​night nosh.
Wish they’d bring back the veggie bacon — I heard it was great!

Delicious cheesy yumminess, and often hanging out in Midtown on the weekend to accommodate everyone’s drunken need for something to munch. It does’t get much better than that! If you see the giant yellow truck, take the time to stop. You won’t regret it!
And the staff are awesome too! Chat them up if they’re not swamped filling your cheese cravings!
