Taco Bell

This Taco Bell use to be my favorite bbuutttt they have gone down hill. My Mexican pizza was half a Mexican pizza. Looks like they don’t know how to make it correct or they trying to save money. I rarely write bad review for Taco Bell but this location is trending in that direction…

Taco bell is my guilty pleasure. I know the service at this location is awful but the quality of the food is on point. You may wait 10 – 15 minutes but the portions are usually larger and the food actually looks like the photos.

The kid at the register spoke English and Spanish but midway through the transaction he would only speak Spanish. I said well we speak English. He said (in English) he speaks Spanish. I said well you clearly speak both. He said (again in perfect English) he felt like speaking Spanish. What? How can I tell if my order is correct if you’re speaking in Spanish? Why are you irritating customers on purpose? I started to ask for his manager but my mom wanted to just let it go. He was obnoxious and a total douche. Would not return to this location purely because of the boy at the register, but I will mention that both my mother and I were unsatistfied with stale taco shells. So many reasons why this location sucks.

Took my vegan hugely pregnant daughter and my vegetarian teenage daughter to this location on Saturday. I’ll have to say it was the worst fast food experience ever! Now this is the same order we make at every Taco Bell we go to and we have never not one time had a problem getting it correctly. The girl that took the order seemed completely confused as to what beans instead of meat no cheese no sour cream meant. She did however get it right on the screen. Finally. So we get the food and it has all sorts of stuff wrong. So I walk in to get it corrected. The employee was furious yelling that I didn’t order I that was. Her MANAGER showed her on the screen that I had. He proceeded to remake one item while she remade the other. I got to the car and found that even after asking over and over what I ordered she still put meat on one of the items. Seriously? My daughter said please just leave. What a joke. I will say that manager was a saint and very apologetic. The employee should have been fired for her behavior. We will definitely be going to the Taco Bell on apalachee parkway from now on.

This has always been a good Taco Bell for me. Never a bad visit and always friendly service.

Lazy and incompetent servers. Waited 10 minutes in a near empty lobby to be stared at. Shame on Taco Bell.
