Terry’s Pool Service

I have to say Terry is one of the best professionals I’ve worked with in any field in Tallahassee. He and his team are prompt, friendly, and reasonable. There have been a couple times I called him for one problem (needed a pump) and he noticed another potential problem (rip in vinyl) and fixed it without charging me extra. He also is great at diagnosing problems and fixing them correctly the first time. Excellent local business.

Great overall service, Had a linear and a pool filter installed, They came out promptly on first call, gave me fair estimate and completed work on time and on budge despite running into some pitfalls. I would use them again.

Actually, I must say that the guy that came to my home and actually kept the pool clean was fantastic.
However, it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of these people when you have a question or there is a problem. This had happened several times… even when wanting to purchase equipment or add services. I just can’t imagine how they stay in business.
However, this last time was enough. They stopped servicing my home this fall after the pool had been covered. This would be ok, except I have the spa that remains in use all winter. I called the main number and direct lines I had more than a dozen times. I emailed all the addresses on the website. I used the contact form. Nothing. Finally after calling every day or two for more than a month, they pick up the phone. I mention my month long quest to get in touch and ask what happened, if they were still open, did someone die… the guy just responded «huh… that’s weird».
He then noted that yes, I was supposed to be getting weekly service and that I was indeed not on any route lists.
He said he’d put me on for next week.
I said, «no, thanks».
