This is a two-​in-​one review for The Grey Fox and Third Ave Bass Drums that’s located inside the Grey Fox.
I had been running all over town today trying to find my son’s symphonic clarinet book and, of course, everyone seemed to be out, even online.
My last stop was 3^rd Avenue Bass Drums, which after driving up and down 3^rd Avenue a good 15 minutes and not seeing it, I finally gave up and figured they must not be there anymore even though Google was saying otherwise. So I called and spoke with Dillon who confirmed that they had moved inside the Grey Fox and to come talk to him to see what he could do.
Inside is a very cute gift store and today just happen to be their 10^th anniversary so it was very crowded, but Dillon was able to quickly help us. His office was a small room to the back of the store with all kinds of musical equipment. He didn’t have the music book on hand but was able to call one of his coworkers who will actually deliver it to my son’s school next week AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Uuummm, how cool is that!!! I’ve been running all over Tallahassee looking for this book and here it will be hand delivered to my son at his school. That’s top-​notch service!
I looked around the actual store part but didn’t really have the time to hang out and shop so I definitely will be going back as I am VERY impressed with the customer service that we received today.
