The Warehouse is a large pool hall located on Gaines Street in what can only be described as an abandoned looking warehouse. A few friends and I will often come here after a few drinks at The Brass Tap to flex our pool skills. The bartenders are all very friendly and attentive. The pool tables are all pretty run down which is unfortunate because there isn’t much else to do at The Warehouse, but so long as you’re drinking pool is free so it makes up for it. A jukebox is always a plus so kudos to that. They do have a back room where karaōke and other events take place, though I’ve never been around to join in the fun. Warehouse is a decent last stop before calling it a night and not much else.

Great place to unwind, grab a beer and play some pool. Beer is decent(don’t expect anything too fancy), environment is very relaxed, rarely busy if ever and pool is free with the purchase of a pitcher.

It’s a fairly large bar with free pool and about 8 tables to choose from. Low-key atmosphere, smokey, not great if you detest jam-band music. The beers are cheap, but the bar always has a long line. Sometimes they have shows in the back, but the great thing is that you can still chill in the front of the bar and you don’t have to pay a cover.

A casual, relaxed, dusty and fun pool hall in an old warehouse, with decent beer on tap, a jukebox for music, and plenty of pool tables so there is rarely a wait. The back room hosts an open mic night every Wednesday, and there are frequently other events going on as well, such as FSU productions/plays and Open House Conspiracy every Thursday.

Definately not a «nice» looking place(it’s a warehouse). But a nice selection of draft beer, decent jukebox, many pool tables, and a low price. I had a fun time here during my last visit to the capital of the Sunshine state.

Ever feel like mixing up your binge drinking regimen? Try The Warehouse. Where else can you hear some poetry, hustle a townie at 8-ball, and fill your gut with Red Stripe? The Warehouse – as its clever name suggests – is a converted Warehouse that feels like a big lodge. The main room, which also holds the small bar, is dedicated to pool tables and a decent jukebox. The back room, featuring a stage and several tables, is home to a variety of events, including poetry and fiction readings sponsored by the Florida State English department that feature both visiting writers and graduate students. The Warehouse isn’t a place I visited very regularly when I lived in Tallahassee, but whenever I did make it over there(usually due to one literary event or another; my professor held class there once, too), I always enjoyed myself.
