There’s never a a dull moment in the flite. They have the best chicken wings of all time and drinks never disappoint. But the best quality has to be the mature atmosphere with everyone being over 25 most of the nights. All in all I will be back…

For Tallahassee, this is one of the better clubs/lounges. The set up and tables/chairs are awkward. The music is okay for the most part. My favorite night is karaōke Wednesdays because it’s usually interesting to watch people sing. Being that Tallahassee is so small, you see the same people over and over again so prepare yourself for that. The mix of people is quite interesting. 21 to about 55… odd range. The drinks are okay. The price at the door is unnecessary and their food is good if you’ve had enough alcohol. There is usually a cover charge to get in which I think is unnecessary. The parking scratched the bottom of my poor car and then I had to walk a bit just to get to the establishment. This place gets 2 stars solely based on karaōke night.

Came down with family to celebrate younger cousins graduation from FAMU. There was a function hosted at a restaurant by the family for the grad which was a all white party. Afterwards, the cousins went to top flight to celebrate. Arriving we noticed there was no set dress code. Some people were dressed nice, others not so much, baggy jeans, wrinkled shirts etc… We get to the front, I’m told I could not enter because I had on shorts, and a cousin of ours was told he could not come in because he had on sneakers. Keep in mind, there were many others who had on sneakers in the club. Also I understand why shorts would be against code. But these weren’t jean shorts, these were nice all white shorts… After going back and fourth with the owner or whoever he was for about 5 minutes, we all choose to get our money back and leave. We were so disappointed, that this is the way buisness was being conducted. Here we are celebrating a mile stone dressed up looking good, but could were denied entry. If this was a nice club in a really nice location, i understand. This club is a hole in the wall in the middle of the hood? Terrible experience

I went on a Saturday night. The place was packed. Waited a half an hour in line for a drink. They do not have enough bartenders and the ones they have are slow and Rude. The wait for drinks is just ridiculous.

This place is so off the chain especially on Wednesdays which is karaōke. Its for the older crowd 30+ and the drinks are ridiculous and not talking well drinks. Bartender was pouring top shelf and having another whole conversation but kept pouring! Just the way I like.

One of the greatest cocktail lounges for the 21+ crowd. Come early and enjoy the«Best Drinks in Town» during Happy Hour and stay for karaōke on Wednesday. With the cost of admission you are granted a raffle ticket for a chance to win $ 100 cash. On top of that there are great waitresses that will bring out some of the best fried chicken or catfish with fries. If Karaōke isn’t your thing, end your work week by sliding over for the big parties on Friday. I warn you, the«Best Drinks in Town» will have you jumping out of your seat and dancing through the night. It gets packed quickly, so bring a friend(makes parking easier) and have a designed driver.

By far my most favorite club in Tallahassee! For sure its for the«older» Black crowd, but on Wednesday nights especially, there is a healthy amount of college students. No where else is Tallahassee will you get an amazing fried chicken basket, GREAT drinks(so strong but good!), and a mix of old and new school music in one spot! Oh! And their Happy Hour is slammin’! The only bad part is parking… its available but its in a gravel pit…

Definitely a Tallahassee institution for the Black 25 – 35 age bracket. Karaōke on Wednesday’s is always a sure bet for good(sometimes funny) entertainment and after the regulars belt out there favorite tune, the venue goes into club mode, and the DJ does a great job of spinning hip-hop and R&B songs that where popular from the 80’s through the early 2000’s with a light sprinkle of the new stuff. They have other more standard nights through the week too. This place might be in what most would consider the hood, but club goers come from all walks of life. There’s a lot of FAMU upper grad. and grad students, state workers, and other local denizens i attendance every week. For instance, one night I went there and saw a friend that was known for his less than stellar reputation and two minutes later I ran into a classmate who works for one of the state senators down at the capitol. The décor is lounge like, but there’s no dirty bathrooms and nasty stuff in here, it’s maintained well and looks nice. Drinks are stiff, really stiff. The Flite bartenders will get you tore up! The prices aren’t bad either especially during happy hour. They also serve food, most people go with the wings. Get there early if you want a seat though.
