Such bad service. Website says open until 7 on Saturdays but really closes at 6. But when I got there at 5:45 their doors were closed.

Don’t ever come here when Nicole Golding is not here the other men don’t take their time and the old lady in the front desk is very rude/​mean.

Went here a a walk-​in customer while on vacation. I went soon after they opened thinking I might get in without a long wait. When I told them I was a walk-​in you would have though I said «I wear a diaper». The General Manager called out to an older woman who, I assume, was the Optometrist and asked how long it would be she made an annoyed face and just said it was gonna be a long wait because they were full on the schedule. This would all be fine if they were a little more pleasant and acted like they wanted my business. However, they just made me feel like I was a nuisance.
Also, by the way, the outside of the store is dumpy looking. Looks like it may have been another business at some point. The short time I was there the inside looked ok.

While I grant you my visit was late on a Friday when they might have been overworked, the staff here was less than friendly.
They have a decent selection of glasses and a contact lense exam will run around $ 100, about the same as the Walmart optometrist or whomever. The Optometrist on duty that day was the only person with any any customer service skills and was actually a friendly and jovial man.
Both the salesman and two of the receptionists were dismissive, disinterested, and at a few points just downright rude. It was very close to enough to make me walk out.
Visionworks is a far cry from the professional of The Eye Center of Northwest Florida in Panama City, but I suppose it gets the job done. Your mileage may vary.
