Dunkin’ Donuts

I was in the area and was craving Dunkin’ Donuts. My go-​to drink is the caramel iced latte, and some places just don’t make it right. This place did!
The girl at the register was very nice and sweet. Order was just right, no complaints. Clean store and donut was fresh too.

Awesome service. The girls were friendly and funny. The coffee was great, and the donuts yummy. Selection a little less that I’d expect, but at 8 at night, you’re not gonna get everything you’d get at 8 AM. No complaints. Everything met my expectations.

There’s nothing like having a tween ask to take your order & then decide to interrupt you to yell over your head & talk to her friends about who parked where– awesome sauce! The lack of selection of donuts was just icing on the cake.
This is the second time I’ve visited this location & I wont be going back, I’ve had poor customer service each time and trying to get in & out of this location is horrendous! It’s never worth the hassle.

I went through the drive thru a few days ago and wow were they fast! I ordered a snickerdoodle iced coffee (amazing!) and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. My order was ready by the time I got to the window to pay. How is that even possible?! My total was $ 4.25. They even toasted the bagel. This is definitely the best DD location I’ve been to.

I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions and I leave disappointed EVERY single time. As I know coffee is supposed to be hot. This coffee is so hot that i can’t drink it until I’m already to work or already back at home. And you can forget about cheating and taking a quick sip– mouth torched.
Secondly, how does a successful chain serve such awful food? I don’t get it. All the sandwiches taste less than mediocre. truly just terrible.
Ruins my morning everryyyyyyy time I go.

Today my wife went to this location. While the service was okay and friendly, there were only 2 female employees working. One on the front register and one on the drive thru. My wife had ordered a chicken croissant and it sat on the counter while the two girls rang up customers. The girl from the drive thru finally put gloves on, without washing her hands, and made my wife’s sandwich. Good service just watch that you don’t get sick from the lack of cleanliness there.

This Dunkin, while not a local chain, still treats Tallmadge well. Their drive through service is very good, almost better than their counter service. They have never gotten a drink order wrong (I ordered a lot of iced coffee and am the kind that often has special requests). However, they occasionally get food orders wrong in the drive through. I’ve had about 10 breakfast sandwiches from here over the past year and would say they’ve only gotten it wrong once, and burned my bread once.
However, overall, I think this Dunkin offers timely, friendly service, so I approve!
As a side note, I’ve tried to work on my computer here once, and it is a somewhat noisy work atmosphere. The sounds aren’t louder than your average coffee house, but the employees seem to enjoy talking across the store (hey! glad they like their co-​workers!).

We got our breakfast food and beverages in a quick, accurate, and friendly manner. It really beats the fast food alternatives for breakfast!
