My 5 yr old loved this place! And it was very affordable. Parents did have to pay to sit and watch. Food was overpriced and not worth it. Worst part is seeing how rude some children can be. By no means is this the fault of the business, nor do I hold it against them. But people really need to teach their children how to play with others rather than be stuck up snobs. Watching how the kids interacted was by far the downfall. On the bright side, my daughter loves it and can’t wait to go back again.

My husband and I took our 2 year old niece here due to a rainy day outside. We weren’t expecting too much as we had never been to anything like this before. The minute we walked in the door, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and very organized which is important given the chaotic nature of their business! From the minute we walked in, our niece was ready to jump right in to the jungle gym. My husband and I do not have children, and incredibly, we were not bothered at all by the screams of excitement and loud giggling we heard while there. If you are looking for a quiet place, go to a library. This is an indoor playground with twists and turns and surprises for children. It was amazing to see all the children playing very well together, and the older children even helping out the younger kids. Our neice wanted us to go through the tunnels with her, and not being the skinniest people, neither my husband, nor I, felt unsafe crawling through the jungle gym. This is a great place for children to go and interact with other children and burn off their energy. We saw three children literally kicking and screaming and begging their parents not to leave. THAT is the true review, not what us adults put on here!

My wife and I have been taking our son here since he was two(18 months ago), and while he’s on the young side of the usual crowd, he really loves it!(They welcome kids from 0 – 10, with children under two entering free.) The main attraction is the climbing/sliding/bouncing apparatus, where the kids burn away their excess energy in a very safe environment: it’s padded and webbed and the rules are pretty strictly enforced by the staff. There is also a small area for age two and under kids with toys suitable for that age. Tables and chairs in the café area give parents a place to perch and watch the fun, or for kids to grab a snack during a break. It can get pretty frenzied even on a good day, and incredibly crowded and loud with a big party going on, but the staff does a great job of keeping things safe and working with parents to keep the kids under control. I recommend giving it a try, whether your kid is an energizer bunny type or one who needs encouragement to move a bit more!
