Excellent Doctor.
Horrible office staff.
I’ve tried for 2 weeks to have a non narcotic prescription refilled.
I’ve been told every day for 2 full weeks that it would be taken care of today.
I call back the next morning and nothing has been sent to my pharmacy.
I spoke with my pharmacy today and their records indicate that they’ve requested authorization 6 times!!! Still. Nothing back from the Doctors office.
Most frustrated I’ve ever been with a medical situation.
I’ve been seeing Dr Chervony for 2 years now and it just doesn’t seem like the office cares at all. So sad.
