Marshalls

I love coming to Marshalls/​Tjmax/​Ross for their good deals on brand clothing and shoes. This store was very organized and clean for the most part. The facial creams, cleansers, and makeup section always features products that are opened, taped back up or the boxes are crushed or the makeup is damaged. I feel like those products should be removed and not sold to there customers.
I also felt like the selection of clothing and shoes was very limited. The service could also be better. Maybe great people once they come in and smile once in a while.

Honestly, I come here because it’s right next to my Publix. Their shoe selection isn’t great. The biggest reason I come to a Marshalls is to look through their clearance rack. I’m only really looking for the purple tags, which mean that it’s a premium designer. Call me a brand w***e if you will, I probably am. Anyway, this store has a crap clearance rack. This probably doesn’t sound like a three star review, but this store is great for passing time if I don’t feel like going right into Publix.

Minimal selection of mens shoes compared to other Marshals. Store appears to be clean and organized. Pretty good selection on mens clothing.
For some reason my complete review didn’t post so im adding to what did. Small selection of mens clearance. I was not approached by an associate at sll in the 35 minutes I was in store. Thats a big factor for me in retail and customer service related businesses. Without the consumer associates have no job in this field. Overall store is nice by 3 stars for me. 3.5 if an employee would have said hello at the least. Okay I was just greeted by a male associate prior to checking out. If he wasn’t full of sugar he may have just passed by like the other 3 associates did.
Cashiers were friendly and polite.

I am a Marshall’s/TJ Maxx Junkie. I cannot get enough of the amazing deals! This Marshall’s is the closest to my apartment, so I definitely come here often. They have a larger than average shoe department and a very well stocked home goods section. The Juniors (yes, I still shop Juniors) section could be better. I often take a peak at this Marshall’s when I come to do my grocery shopping at the Publix next door.

This review would have had four stars but as you read along you understand why I just couldn’t give it anything past two. This was my first time to this Marshalls. I swung by really fast to pick up a tie for a meeting that we were going to have at work.
They had a very big selection of ties, dress pants, dress shirts they had a vast selection of sports gear as well and a pretty big shoe selection department.
I went to the back at the home section and found a surprisingly big Christmas Decour section at the back of the store. However, several of the items were broken or in somewhat of a poor condition because since these items are out for display people can simply touch them and not place them back correctly or knock them down and move them and damage them easily. I found a rustic looking Santa Claus for 14.99 that I thought was a steal.
I get to the cash register and the teller was more interested in wanting to get me to apply for their credit card then she was in handling my purchase. When she went to pick up the item she dropped it and broke Santa Claus.
Like seriously she broke Santa Claus!!! She drop the jolly good fellow and broke him into two piece. I felt bad for her at first but then then I reflected and thought to my self «I really wanted that Santa Claus for the house»
The young lady was really apologetic and offered to help me find another one several times unfortunately I know that was the last one they had.
I guess it’s a good training opportunity. Hopefully this girl on Christmas will leave Santa some cookies to make up for it.

This location opened a few months ago. This location is always pretty busy. Merchandise changes frequently so if you find something, grab it when you see it. Don’t expect to find something specific, instead go in hoping to score a great buy and find. Things get picked over and chaotic quickly, so it’s good to go in the morning when it’s a bit quieter. Also check merchandise to make sure quality is there and that there isn’t anything wrong with the piece. Always fun to explore and hunt around the racks for stuff.
