Medical Associates of Tamarac

I have been going to this place for over two years for annual checkups. Every time I would try to call to make an appointment it would send me to voicemail to leave a message. This message would NEVER be returned. Its close to the house so I would stop in and make an appointment to satisfy my health insurance requirements. I very rarely get sick but this year I got the flu and called and called and called to make an appointment to come in so I could see my doctor. I didn’t have the strength to go in unless I was going to be seen. After (4) voice mails, still no return call and my fever hit 103.5 so I had to go to the er. Now I am faced with the high bills we all know we get from the er. Bottom line, if you’re in need of medical help, this is not your place. I hope this helps someone else save their time, money and health. God bless

Doctors are great but they have too many patients and not enough doctors. There is no reason that after 90 minutes of waiting I still have not been seen. And I showed up 15 minutes ahead of time. The receptionists there dont have a clue either and literally will stare through you for 10 minutes before they will ask how they can help. This place is a joke and if you want my advice stay away from it like the plague!!!
