I really enjoy the food at Phở Hoa. I hardly ever get phở, but they have amazing fried rice with pineapple and other great stir-fry dishes. I do love their summer roll as well. The portions are huge! The boba«pearl smoothies» are delicious, I am especially fond of the Tazo flavor. They have fast service, but have had a couple slip-ups on our orders(bringing wrong dish, bringing dish with peppers after requesting no peppers, etc.) You just have to be very clear in your order if you have special requests. Other than that, no issues,

After a failed attempt to go to What the Phở, I stumbled upon this restaurant on Unilocal and figured Id give it go. Phở was more oily than what Im use to but was better than I expected. I didnt care for the basil in the fresh roll but overall, they were good. Service was a lot faster than expected with friendly service. Definitely recommend if youre in the area and in the mood for phở.

Super delicious! I love Vietnamese food and this was terrific! Flavorful, fresh, beautiful! Gracious hosts that are super politevand friendly. I had Taro bubble tea that was perfect. Delicious phở with all the right flavors. We also had fried rolls that were some of the best ever! The grilled meats and fried rice were perfectly seasoned and a great option for my boyfriend’s first time eating Vietnamese food. He loved it too. We took V pork sandwiches with us for lunch tomorrow. I can’t wait!

Love eating at this place. Foods always great tasting, never have a issue with my orders. The only thing they need to work on is becoming better at customer service, because they are way too silent! Sometimes it’s good to be friendly and make people feel welcome! Sometimes I wanna say welcome to the US we talk here. Haha But I would still go here. Food is amazing and great flavor, and always fresh!!! Give it a try!!! Unilocaler

The food is great one of the better phở locations I’ve been too, but I was very disappointed to drive almost 25 minutes to a closed restaurant(despite it saying the location was open today) on the door was a sign that said the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks for vacation but it’s not stated online. Making it very annoying for people like me who drive completely out of their way to come eat at your establishment, next time make sure when people look up your location to check location hours that they are actually correct!

Very good Phở. Their Spring Rolls are fantastic. Not sure about the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. The floor was not swept u see tables and that can definitely lead to infestations. I hope not… that seems to be my only complaint though. The food has never disappointed!

Overall not bad. Definitely not my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town, but not bad. I ordered the steak phở and a taro boba tea to go on my most recent visit. They package up the phở in such a way that you essentially make it at home and the flavors aren’t compromised. They send you off with a container of broth, sprigs of greens, sprouts, lime wedges, cooked rice noodles and thinly sliced raw beef. I heated up the broth in the microwave and then just dumped everything inside. It all tasted pretty good. As for the boba tea, the taro smoothie aspect of it was amazing. The boba pearls however were super weird. I prefer the pearls to be chewy and these were mushy. Never had mushy boba pearls before. Kind of ruined the drink for me. I basically pulled the straw up to avoid all of the pearls. Quite unfortunate.

The best Phở I’ve ever had! The waitress was so nice! I also enjoyed the boba tea(I had the sour sop). Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be going back for more!

Went here for lunch with my son one day when I really wanted some phở. We enjoyed it greatly. The place was really crowded during lunchtime. Thats a good sign. We got there just before the crowds so had no problem getting a seat. We ordered spring rolls(not fried) and two bowls of Phở. I ordered the Seafood and vegetable Phở. It had calamari, shrimp, fish and lots of vegetables like broccoli, bok choy, carrots and celery. Im not a celery fan so picked those out. However the broth and fish were really good. My son ordered the Steak, brisket, tripe and tendon Phở. He loved it and finished the whole bowl as well. We were also served a plate of bean sprouts, lime and greens. Service was great and all of our questions about the menu were answered. We will definitely be back.

Nancy M. has recently discovered Phở and was anxiously to get some more in her life so I suggested we do lunch at Phở Hoa. I had been here years ago(it’s close to my office) but not since I had started« Unilocaling» so I was anxious to come back and give them another try. Jessica G. and I arrived first and grabbed a table. Since Nancy M. was running on «island time» she messaged us her order and we ordered ahead for her. I was kind of in the mood for phở, but since it was sunny out and I didn’t feel like smelling like phở for the rest of the day I opted for a vermicelli dish instead. Jessica G. also went the vermicelli route, and we got Nancy M. a vegetarian phở. They both appreciated the menu having a large vegetarian section. I didn’t try either of their dishes, but the tofu looked extra good, and Jessica G. even commented on the way back to the office that the tofu was perfect. For my vermicelli I went with the beef and shrimp combo, both were full of flavor and the dish was great. Was it is the best I’ve ever had? No, but it was solid. Service was pretty attentive and we were able to get refills on waters and check in a reasonable amount of time. I’d hover around 3.5 stars here, but since we had no service issues I’ll round up to 4. Btw, the weekday lunch was pretty busy, so plan accordingly. The menu here is pretty large, and helpful if you’re new to the world of Vietnamese food. They make a lot of things clear for newbies and include a lot of pictures of their menu. For dessert both girls went with boba smoothies. I held back as I’ve become more of a milk tea person, but they both loved theirs. I think Nancy M. is still laughing about those balls in her mouth: P Overall, a solid spot to grab a quick Vietnamese dish if you’re in the area.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants, love the phở, the Bun and the grilled chicken or beef with shrimp. Also spring rolls are excellent. I come here 1 – 3 times a week, it’s close to my office

This is my second time trying phở. I’m going to have to say I really really enjoyed what I had this time. I chose the vegetarian so it was all delicious fresh broccoli bok choy carrots fried tofu bean sprouts in a delicious broth. I was running on island time got confused, went to the wrong restaurant and then finally found my way. I asked the girls to order me the vegetarian phở because I knew they only had a certain amount of time to have lunch and I was 15 minutes late. I took a picture of what Jessica had and it was the same thing that savanna ordered. It wasn’t a soup but it did have vermicelli noodles seafood and pork if I’m not mistaken. It looked delicious also. The restaurant had quite a bustling crowd everyone enjoying their lunch and chit chatting. The restaurant was very clean and bright. I like that they have the spoons chopsticks and straws right on the table in a compartment that holds all of those things because I dropped one of my chopsticks so it was easy just to get a fresh pair instead of having to wait for a waitress. My vegetarian phở was a very large order. The bowl looked humongous and I ate everything except for two pieces of tofu and a little bit of broth. The vegetables were Ultra Fresh and I really enjoyed my phở. For dessert I had the thai iced tea smoothie which has little round tapioca balls in the bottom that they call boba. I definitely enjoyed that a lot and it too was also very large. Jessica got the taro root smoothie because it was purple. It looked really pretty and purple is definitely my favorite color I didn’t get to try hers though I was kind of torn between my Thai iced tea or the sour sop because I’ve always enjoyed sour sop in the islands and haven’t had it in such a long time. Maybe next time that’s what I will order. Definitely enjoyed the afternoon lunch with the girls the food was amazing the company was even better I will definitely return and bring someone who’s never had it because this is one of the finer phở restaurants I have been to. Thanks again for the lovely lunch and the great company.(and thanks for treating me to lunch jess xo)!

I have been here countless times the food is amazing. You can’t go wrong on anything you order here. Large quantities so you can split it with a friend or take it home… Or you may eat it all because it’s so delicious. The service is quick and I typically go during lunch time. the seafood soup and pineapple rice are my favorite dishes

Lunch was delicious. I had a vegetarian tofu dish that was so flavorful, you’d never miss the meat. My friend had a catfish dish cooked in a clay pot with these amazing spices… he loved it! The only thing was the waiter never mentioned how hot the pot was and he burned himself… But other than that we had a great lunch:)

What a difference. Returned with a friend to share a bowl of Phở, but the service wasn’t as great this time as it was on my first visit. There were only about 3 tables of patrons upon our arrival, but 4 minutes or so passed before we were acknowledged and seated. The server promptly provided water, but didn’t return to take our order for 10 – 15 minutes. The most annoying thing was she promptly seated a couple(seemingly of her same ethnicity and mother tongue) that arrived quite sometime after us, right next to us and immediately provided water and took their order. I switched up and ordered the Phở with seafood. My guest had the Phở Ga, which I prefer over the seafood. The seafood in my soup included two shrimp, one scallop and a chunk of the imitation crab meat. We waited again for an extended period of time, until I decided to flag down the server to ask for our check so we could pay and leave.

There are some restaurants that you go to for just a specific item. ~ Phở Hoa has one of the best«grilled beef and scallion roll» appetizers that I have tasted. Their Phở has its own uniques flavors than other local Vietnamese establishments. Service was excellent and are vey friendly. ~ Cheers ~

This will give you a great Phở experience. The menu is big, but easy to read, and there are many choices of how you want your Phở served. The grilled beef and scallion roll appetizer is excellent.

If your looking for Phở this is the place. It’s a good sign when the place is busy and it always is! Try the hot and sour phở seafood soup!

Gotta give props to the Unilocaler who said you want to get Phở’ked up, but I sure didn’t get Phở’ked up on this phở. My group ordered Phở Dac Biet, a typical for us. Compared to the Phở Hoa in Boston the soup base wasn’t as fragrant but there was a lot of tough meat, and not a lot of tripe. The herbs werent that great. The jalapeños and bean sprouts were getting old, wrinkly and brown, but their basil was fresh; and seeing how every table had condiments stocked they must get decent business. The noodles were good and the service was great. The place was clean and the soft music set the mood.
