I have used this location for the past 5 years now, especially the pharmacy and I was very satisfied, until now! They keep messing up with my prescriptions. I went to pick up my meds, a day after I dropped the prescription! I was told my meds had to be ordered and delivered, and that takes 2 days. Thanks for notifying me and sending me an email that my meds are ready to be picked up!(this particular medication should be in the pharmacy, never had to order it before). Apparently my medications were there and now I have to make another trip to pick them up. The pharmacist lady is awful with an awful attitude. My meds cost $ 5 and I was asked for $ 66! When I told her to run it through my insurance she told me they have, and I must call my insurance so solve the problem. I asked her what insurance do I have, she couldn’t tell me, because she did not run it, She just wanted to get rid of me. So after I made her use my insurance, the price came up right. Good thing I insisted and didn’t believe her that my insurance is the issue. She is messy and try to make excuses to get rid of you fast, for Instance«call your insurance» they are the problem. Actually the problem is you lady! What a headache! When I stopped by the next day I saw the usual familiar faces, David and the other nice lady that have been working there for a very long time now. She already knew about the issue and apologised to me. She said that my meds have been sitting on the shelf the entire time. The rude and knowledgeable pharmacist was just a sub, and she does not work at this location. HA! No wonder. % years with no problems and now you get one new person that makes everything go upside down, and eliminate long term loyal costumers. Anyway, turns out my medications happened to be bought from totally different manufacturer. The do not work at all on me and I have to go through the pain to get the right ones. A week later(just yesterday) I have received a call from the pharmacy, asking me if everything was Okay. I told her no, and that my medications are not working because Walgreens use different manufacturer. She told me to find out which one is the right one that I need and they will order them for me. So, I did. I called the pharmacy the same day, but it turns out that I can not return my medications, nor I can purchase the right ones. The person I spoke with stated that. I am sorry I did not catch up the name of the lady who called me. I am sure this is all possible, just the person who I spoke with did not have the knowledge and I am not even at this point trying to make things work, because this is not my job after all. I am the costumer, you have to please me and work with me. From now on I will just keep getting my meds from CVS, they do not have to order anything and make me take multiple trips to the store, and most importantly, delay everything, the communication vie email is clear, and no drama! Oh, also they do have the manufacturer that make the meds that work for me! Oh, not to mention I saw the cashier advertising the new prescriptions delivery services. The logo stated«ask us about the prescription delivery» when I asked them they told me to go ask the pharmacy. Seriously? Why would you wear this badge if you don’t know the answer? I understand that mistakes happen, that is why I gave them a second chance to make things right and let them get the right medications for me(manufacturer) but it did not happen the second time either. So thanks for wasting my time Walgreens! You shouldn’t mess with people’s medications and lives like that. It is morally incorrect and shows bad work ethics towards costumes, in this case patients!(although, the staff that have been working there for a very long time is wonderful and always worm and nice to everyone, referring to the pharmacy).

I found a adapter for my travel to Europe and it was pretty cheap for $ 10!!! Can’t say bad things about Walgreens anymore LOL
