Zellman Glen L, MD

This dermatologist is extraordinary. I actually wound up seeing him by accident. I always research my doctors before visiting and the other dermatologist Dr. Lipman had excellent reviews. So I went to see her because I have a really God aweful case of tinea versicolor. Let’s say I was pretty pissed when they told me she wasn’t available. Anyways I wound up seeing Dr. Zellman and wow he listens to everything you have to say. He’s very thorough in questioning you about onset, flare up etc, he swears by doing biopsies just to ensure his diagnosis is correct and he provides you with samples when he has them available. I went to him that one time and twice thereafter in like a 5 – 7 year span. He’s awesome. I think what I most liked about him is when I told him I needed him to cure me permanently he said I will try, but, truth is this may reoccur as it often does. I was so upset lol at the moment, but, then did a ton of research and he was right. It did go away for like 5 yrs and then it came back. I went to him again and was cured again shortly thereafter. I can’t rave about him enough. Tinea versicolor is not only ugly its painful. Zellman is honest, attentive and solution driven.
Note — his hands are always freezing though — beware.
