Found a great deal for CarpetTec online and was able to schedule a prompt appointment. The whole second floor was cleaned in less than an hour and it looks great. The technician, Joey, was on time and professional. The value is unbeatable and I appreciate them not pushing other services. He simply ran through a couple extra services they perform and happily began the cleaning. Will definitely use again!

Had my carpets cleaned today by Carpet Tec and I am very happy with the result! My technician was late, but called to let me know. They are very communicative. I added the pet treatment (last tenant had cats and he could smell the ammonia, gross!). My house feels so clean and smells so good! Wish I had done it sooner!
