Squeegee Squad

…DO NOT USE! OVER PRICED AND POOR RESULTS.
We contracted Squeegee squad in the Orlando area to wash the windows for our home inside out. We were told the quote included widows inside and outside and the sills and jambs would be wiped down and out.
We contracted with the company over the phone with a self described «administrative assistant» We discussed what we wanted — she quoted us a price and said to pay the window washers when they finished.
1^st — showed up late — after 5:00 pm and appeared to be in a hurry to «knock off for the day» as they joked.
2^nd — Widows were completed very efficiently and looked nice. Then asked them about cleaning up the window sills and window jambs and they informed us that was not part of their contract and would require additional charges. We discussed this «misunderstanding» but they refused to proceed. I requested he call the assistant to find out what we discussed with her and he said he didn’t need to — Jambs and Sills are extra!
3. I requested they clean/​dry the water off the walls they had splashed on — which they did jokingly
4 Came time to pay — wanted cash! I offered to pay with my credit card which he said he would take but would have to charge me for accepting credit cards — I asked how much — he said he’d have to call but probably 5−6%more…I said forget it! I wrote a check while reminding him — NO TIP included for the exceptional customer service!
