Good, timely communication and a job well done. Installers seemed pretty conscientious about getting the job done right and took the time afterwards to show me what they had done and why.
It is raining today and the gutters are functioning as they should. I am completely satisfied with the services that they provided.
I believe that this contractor is honest, fairly priced, and easy to work with. Nice job A#1.

Ok, so update, I received a call from I believe the manager, maybe the owner and they apologized profusely and sincerely. They just came back out today for an estimate. Talked to the guy for a few minutes about my options and am happy that he didn’t try to up sell me. ie. What I thought I needed to get wasn’t necessary. So overall happy with how things are progressing. Just waiting for an install date.

Owners wife had called me due to a complaint I had with the company due to an estimate that I was told would not be honored. I Spoke with the Owners wife who made the situation right. She was very courteous and professional and took care of me. I am only getting the front done as of now, but assured her that I will be back to get the rest of my house completed by their company as well. This is a company who really cares about their company and doing right by their customers.

It took over 3 weeks for them to arrive to fix a leaky end cap. They spent 5 minutes on the roof and the problem still wasn’t fixed They promised to send somebody the next week but it’s two weeks later and nobody showed. Absolutely stay away from this business!
