This morning my appointment was at 8:50 AM. It is now 10:16 AM and I’m still in the waiting room. I asked the front desk several times when I would be seen and they told me there were not enough rooms, however ever person in the waiting room, people that came in 45 minutes after me, have been seen. This is not an anomaly. There are similar wait times every time I make an appointment. This is unacceptable. I work and cannot take 2.5 hours to see my Dermatologist. Needless to say, I’ll be changing physicians.
