Called for service call. The tech sent did not have proper documentation to do my repair in my location. He said he was going to get it and return to complete the job. The agent Marie Cruz was very incompetent in handling the situation and decided to send the tech to do another job and forget about mine. She did not even call to let me know. She wasted 4 hours of my day and left me with a broken machine. When asked about the manager she fumbled around the question and instead of fixing the situation she did not wanted to work with me to set up a new one. I guess it was too much for her to handle.
