Scam artist. Paid an employer who didn’t complete services and cashed a cancelled check at amscot. Amscot without verifying with the writer of the check cashed it and is now harassing me for the money because they’re a third party. Amscot is going around accepting cancelled checks.

What a ripoff of western union… charging $ 25 to send 300 within the usa… and only $ 6 to send to latin america? How does that make sense? Sent from Walmart instead for $ 9.50. Still too much but a significant savings.
