Be ready to get the run around. Call your own tow company if you can. DO NOT LET THE COUNTY CALL THEM TO YOUR ACCIDENT. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THAT AREN’T RECOMMENDED. DO NOT GO ALONE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN. You will be charged 255 dollars for having your car in the impound for les than 24 hours. When you call they will mumble answers to you rudely. Upon arrival the man who treated you rudely on the phone will then tell you that he hopes they told you we only take cash when you called. He was the one on the phone that you called. They will pretend that the adjacent welding shop is a different business. They will tell you when you say you do have cash that the owner left with the cash and they can’t take cash. Be sure to enjoy the women in bikini calendars on the walls. They have a pair of rubber breasts wearing a red bikini top mounted on the same wooden plaque you would mount a dead animals head on in the «office». After you pay cash in the exact amount the man will put the money you have paid him into his own pocket and say he’ll give it to the owner later. Later when they close it will become apparent he is the owner. If it wasn’t apparent already. Do not believe him when he tell’s you that the liable insurance company will pay all their towing and impound fees. Even if you aren’t liable for the accident you will still most likely be held accountable for your impound and tow fees. Oddly after all that they will be polite and helpful. Once they’re done trying to scam you out of money with lies and diversion they may accidentally revert to their normal personalities. Don’t be fooled. Even professional killers are polite to their neighbors. I can only imagine how they posses the county contract for towing from accident scenes. They really need to be investigated along with their connection to the TPD.

Don’t use this business at their Ingraham street location!!! If that location was representative of their business as a whole then NEVER use this business at all!!!
They tried to scam payment. I tried to pay with a credit card and they said they couldn’t accept. Five minutes later I said I had the cash and they said they couldn’t give me change. It looks like they like To keep people’s licenses so make sure you get yours back!!!
They put undue stress on me by continuing to make shitty remarks that they are closing soon and my tow truck wouldn’t be able to make it there on time.
After I pushed, dragged my car out of their lot, they closed up and left! Forty five minutes early!!! They didn’t stay their normal office hours.
Horrible horrible business! The porn on their walls was in bad taste! Boobs in a bikini mounted on their walls, nude calendars! A girls worst rape nightmare!
This company is horrible!!!

I called to get my car towed less than 5 miles and they never showed up or called me back or answered my following calls. Ended up going with Express towing who were there within 45 minutes.

Was stuck at a Tampa shopping mall with a dead battery with no one strong enough power to jump me up. Called many towing company’s that told me it would take 2 hours and some with 3. Called B and D they were there in 25 min. Boom Ray had my giant F-​350 going in 5 min. I highly recommend this service. Thanks guys
