Love this store and the staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Prices are great and they install most of their products including car batteries and wiper blades. I purchased lifetime warranties on my car key fob and watch batteries and I feel guilty it’s been so cost efficient. After Toyota wanted to charge be $ 26 for a license plate light it was refreshing to buy two for $ 5 :)

Talk about extremely incredible customer service!!! This morning my car battery died at the gas station. I asked the gas station owner if they sold batteries and he told me «no». Luckily batteriesPlus was not a far walk with my one and a half-​year-​old in tow. There were two ladies working there, they knew exactly what I needed, and offered to take me back to my car and change the battery for me. I think the whole ordeal took maybe 30 minutes. Thank you to the two very kind ladies at BatteriesPlus!!!

B+ has not failed me yet on having what I need, when I need it so, I do not complain about price since this is a retail store after all built on service and everyone speaks English which I find a plus in today’s local Walmart run retail environment. I know, it is Tampa (derived from Seminole Indian name) so I guess it is I who need to learn Spanish or move to North Carolina.
Brick and mortar retail outlet cost money to run and the ability to go out and grab what you need ranks high for me while it lasts. I did not have to deal with a faulty scanner on self checkout either which I rate as another plus for retailers who still take care of the task of verifying and completing your purchase.
Excellent business model.

This store has been a huge benefit to me on a number of occasions in the past 18 months.
Not once have I left here without finding exactly what I needed or been treated anything less than a valued customer.
I’m nothing close to a «Do it yourself» person, but a friend even convinced me to at least try to fix something on my vehicle to save some money and this Batteries Plus Bulbs store was a big part of successfully doing that.
Also, they keep true records of what you buy and when they sell it to you with a warranty, they follow through on it even if you don’t have the receipt from the original purchase.
Honestly, I don’t know if I would have saved money buying a particular battery or bulb somewhere else… but the clear convenience and service this store offers me is enough reason for me to come here and get it done.

Great service. Kind of expensive. Came here for my verizon fios battery, could find it online for $ 20, here it was 40 but I got it anyways due to fear of not knowing if what I world order online was exactly the right battery.

Excellent experience here and will recommend to friends and family. The staff is exceedingly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Took three of my watches here to replace the batteries and was out in 10 min.
