Beverly Hills Florist

I ordered a bouquet through
who has a relationship/​contract with this Florist for local deliveries. My order was for Mother’s Day and i selected a flexible delivery date, meaning it could have been delivered either Saturday, ⁵⁄₁₁ or Sunday ⁵⁄₁₂ (Mother’s Day.)…with that said, on the morning of Mother’s Day I called my mother and toward the end of our conversation asked if she has received her flowers. She said no.. . at that point, I figured okay… it’s early and it was Mother’s Day so I am sure that they must have been busy that day…
Several hours later, I contacted
to let them know that the flowers still were not delivered. They responded by saying that the Florist told them that they flowers were already delivered the morning before… LIES!
.. . fast forward to later that night, my mom sent me a picture of her bouquet that FINALLY was left at the door… her dead bouquet (which was the wrong one by the way), with a sloppy hand-​written note in an empty vase…
Obviously I contacted
for a refund and demanded to know who the Florist was. When I was told that it was Beverly Hills Florist my mother contacted them to let them know the condition that her flowers were in and they denied that they were the ones who made the delivery. When my mom told them that she would be leaving the flowers where they were dropped off and that she was refusing the delivery this was there response: «we aren’t coming to pick up nothing and I don’t care!»…and then they hung up on her!
At this point i am furious!!! if you are in the Tampa area, NEVER, EVER, EVER use them!!!

What a joke!!! NEVER will I EVER order anything from this flower shop. My wife and I order a corsage and butnier and its embarisinng. While there at least 5 others were picking up their orders and all of them were wrong. Sad to say all they could do was give poor excuses why they looked horrible.
Stay away from the so called Flower Shop!!!

This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with in my life. I order lots of flowers on a regular basis and usually use FTD. You never know which florist they are going to use. They delivered some roses and I swear to you that the stems were not more than 3 inches long. They could not even stay in the water. The roses were already opened and starting to wilt on the outer petals. I called FTD and the florist came to pick up the order and redeliver. What they redelivered looked as bad as the first order. I couldn’t even believe it. Then to top it off they argued that they were good. Now if you spend almost 100 for flowers you expect to get something beautiful. This florist is a joke. I am telling you if you are ordering from FTD make sure you tell them not to use this florist. I was so happy the flowers were only coming to me and not someone else as it would have truly been an embarrassment. I just ordered from FTD on Friday and forgot to tell them not to use this florist. Friday it was so windy. I was home all day. They did not ring the bell. They left the flowers at the door. They were so horrible. The arrangement was a mess, hardly any flowers and most of them the variety you could get in your yard. My husband went to Publix and bought some flowers there to fill out the arrangement. The roses were dead the next day. I kid you not. Think twice before you order from here and if you know any good florists in Tampa please reveiw them. I love flowers but am afraid to order.

I called to today to see if I could send my niece flowers… To which the person who answered the phone said, «Are you kidding me?». I excused myself just to be clear, he repeated his first statement in as if I was three years old. So I told him, «Okay, well thanks anyway. A simple ‘no’ would have been fine.» His response, you ask? «That was a stupid, ridiculous request.
Funny thing is there were not one but two other florists will to take an order. Do yourself a favor and use the other two New Tampa florists for an order.
