Bubba’s Sports Bar

I was going to give Bubba’s 2 stars, but figured that would be unfair based on my purchases. I did not purchase food in order to have the full experience of what they have to offer. The drinks are poured heavily (which is where the extra star comes in) and the bartenders are very friendly. I went here on a Monday afternoon around 5pm with my friend and it was pretty dead. There were about 6 or 7 of us at the bar enjoying happy hour. Happy hour specials were $ 2 Bud/​Bud Light drafts and well drinks. I ordered a Shocktop for $ 3 as my first drink. As I sipped my beverage, my friend told me about the crowds during late night hours and why he likes the bar. It is very neighborly and laid back. They have pool tables, darts and arcade type games. However, there is very limited seating to accommodate a large group. I don’t smoke and smoking does not normally bother me, but EVERYONE in the bar was smoking and it became a bit much to handle (I reeked of cigarettes long after I left). I enjoyed a shot with my friend of some new Smirnoff sour stuff and expected it to be more pricey than the other specials. I was wrong! When my bill came, I was charged only $ 2 for that shot!
Aside from the smoking ruining the atmosphere, the bathrooms are not very clean and it is located on the corner of a very random strip mall. Parking is not the greatest due to the ratio of spots to the amount of stores in the strip mall. Bubba’s does not have a website and I could not find a menu anywhere online to check out what food I may have been missing out on. I’d go back, but I’m hoping I will have better things to say next time.

Fun place. chicken strips w: hot buffalo sauce were awesome! Good comp at the pool tables, Dart players were having fun too. I can’t stand darts! Lol. Beer was ice cold and HOT (female) bartenders! Friendly fun place

pretty chill place to sit watch a game and eat some grub. limited menu but that’s not a bad thing necessarily in my book. very friendly people which is always a plus.
