I have stopped by the kiosk a few times now since they have opened. The iced Jasmine tea with tapioca is delicious. Very tasty and refreshing. This tea drink concept is interesting and the Kiosk décor is eye catching. I have had a great experience with the Bubbleologist each time I have stopped in. Chantal and Maryann were very pleasant, courteous, and serving with smile. I plan to stop by again on my next trip to the mall.

Was in the area on a business trip and decided to check the place out. Pretty cool/retro feel to it. Thought the chalkboard with the bubble tea scientific formulas and«teavolution» was clever. I’m a nerd, though. I had the passion fruit tea and it reminds me of the passion fruit juice I used to drink in Brazil. I’ve had boba tea before, but this was way better and there were more flavors to choose from. They need a guava or watermelon flavor!!!

Why 3 stars? Because the specialty drinks are fun, but the tea itself is incredibly strange. — — — I can’t sugarcoat this one — my first visit to Bubbleology resulted in the most disgusting boba tea I’ve ever tasted. Maybe it’s some kind of different british tea, and I just don’t have the acquired taste for it, but it honestly was like regular boba tea, with cleaning supplies mixed in. It tasted like Febreeze smells. Both myself and my fiancé took about 5 sips, and then threw it in the garbage. The employees weren’t rude, but definitely were not friendly either. After my initial experience, I would have heavily debated leaving a very rare one-star review. But we wanted to return and give them another chance. It’s a fairly brand new business, and we also were excited to try some of the specialty drinks. These crazy concoctions are what separates your typical boba tea spot from any other that I’ve visited. I tried the cookies-n-cream, while my fiancé went with the strawberries and cream. These were infinitely better than the boba tea, but there was definitely still a faint hint of the very strange tea flavor. Once again, the employees were far from friendly or warm. They were also out of the standard tapioca boba. I tried the lychee instead, which definitely made for a weird flavor combo. I’ll definitely give them credit for having a very creative menu, but to be honest, I’d likely visit an alternative for boba in the future.

This boba drink place inside the Citrus park mall is located near the food court and Mary-go –round. The funky scientific deco of the station and the workers’ lab coats uniforms created this fun ambiance. Their 7 kinds of specials are worth trying. I had cookies & cream, rainbow ripple. Both were very good. The liquid part was flavorful and creamy. The boba was right amount and with good texture. I saw the worker took 4 – 5 steps to prepared and decorated my drink. It was definitely a cup of gourmet boba tea!

Bubble or boba. It is just a fight of the term. This new bubble tea place is located near food court entrance. The store is located at the center of the walkway. The analogy is interesting like a mad scientist to create the experiment drink. Watch up the science of boba cooking. I have the special drink in the menu — rainbow ripple. The lady who make the tea forget to add the boba into it. I have added it later. What make this tea interesting is the presentation, I like their creation with rainbow sprinkles on top of the whip cream. This drink is strawberry base. I like my wife drink a bit better. She has the cookie and cream. It add a real cookies and cream in the mixed of the drink. It is interesting rich drink. I cannot say for all other drink. But their special drink score a 4 stars. Price for the boba drink in Bay Area is at the high side.
