I order 4 ice cream Cups thru the drive thru even though she confirmed ice cream cups thru the microphone victoria gave me cones, I nicely told her again maam I order ice cream cups but instead she put the cones inside a cup. I didnt even get a sorry, WOW, I rather go to Chick-fil-A..

They don’t understand English. Good luck receiving your order correctly. They even took away my buffalo sauce after they gave it to me. What the heck?

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I got a cheeseburger and fries, which is the easiest order ever. No substitutions, no changes. When I got to the window of the drive through window to pay, a young Hispanic woman with a thick accent read me what I thought was my order. When she handed me back my card, I sadly saw that it was not my order. So I kindly told her that I was sorry and misunderstood her but that was not my order. She grabbed my card back, shut the window rudely without saying a word, and turned around clearly pissed off talking to her friends. She then reopened the window and gave me the absolute WORST attitude ever, and proceeded to tell me something that I couldn’t even begin to understand at all due to her accident. I told her again that I was sorry and couldn’t understand her, to which she threw her hands up and spoke in Spanish to her friend. The friend came to the window and said that the first charge should come off within the next day and if not then I’ll have to take it up with the bank… Ummmm wow ok thanks. So you charged me for the wrong order and now I have to fix the problem. So thinking that I could call and talk to the manager about it, I called and told her what happened. She said one moment, put me on hold, and never came back. I was on hold for ten minutes! I tried to call back and got nothing but busy signals. I will NEVER go to this store ever again and I’ll make sure no one else does too. Congrats on the crappiest customer service!

Two stars cos burger king is delicious. Went inside and ordered, waited about 5 minutes before being helped(however we were skipped by an employee???) and took about 10 minutes for our order: three value meal items. Holy wow is everyone just dicking around or wut.

It was bound to happen. With the BK corp. tearing down their older, larger restaurants and replacing them with smaller, more modern-looking versions, I think everyone knew this store was doomed. It was just a matter of «when?» Well, a few months ago, this sad-ass BK was closed for good, razed and erased from our memories and within 60 days, a beautiful, brand-spanking-new BK was erected. La Chica and I, unable to resist the flame broiled smells that emanate from atop BK restaurants, wandered into this location last night for a late night snack. As if BK isn’t cheap enough, we took advantage of a coupon, which rewarded our frugal souls with 2 Whopper Juniors and 2 small fries for $ 3.99. The staff was happy and upbeat, and when asked, very glad to be working in the new building. The old one probably stood on this corner for 30 years, so I’m confident this one will stand even longer.
