Burger Theory

I wanna give this place 5 starts i really want to, but I’m big on customer service as you guys know, and it was a crazy situation. First off, it’s a Saturday night and the place is empty. I walk in to a woman texting. So when i finally get close enough, she acknowledges me and is very nice and i ask for a drink. She said she was the cook and had to call the bartender. 2 other females show up. The one female was very friendly and personable and seemed like she was excited to have customers. I actually even asked her if its usually this dead and she said it depends, and the said that she didn’t mind the quiet because she could could be talkative with the customers. Another woman customer walks in and she asks about the beer selection and the one girl is very helpful and even lets her taste them. Once we order food… it goes down hill. They would disappear for at least 10 – 15 mins at a time then come back and ask what we needed. I had to get my own ketchup from another table and wait 15mins before i could get napkins or utensils, so did the woman that was there. I had the build your own burger turkey… it was ok… i will probably never eat a turkey burger unless i cook it again. The fries were good but they loaded them with salt. Even though the bartenders were nice (well only the one) they were very inattentive and left us sitting alone for 10 – 15 mins at a time… thats not ok. Hopefully they can get some better training considering they just remodeled the place and it looks really nice.
