My experience and insights are similar to that of Kim Z. As the seller, I waited 6 months for the buyer’s loan to close. The only reason I tolerated this is that the buyer was a tenant who was paying rent during the extended 6 month closing period. I was told by the buyer that C&C personnel turnover was responsible. Several closing documents were not included in the closing and had to be sent separately for signing after the preliminary closing.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Tampa, FL
Very disappointed with service, or lack of. Company does not feel communication is important, apparently, as we were the ones who were communicating with the underwriters, not so much C&C as the broker. When there was communication(initiated on our end), responses from C&C were indecipherable. Clearly, they don’t value their customers — even repeat ones, as we once were. But no more. After losing hundreds of dollars in appraisal and survey fees and months and months of tied up capital, all they could give us was an incomplete sentence saying, «Nothing I can do,» instead of finding another solution. Meanwhile, we had already started discussions with other mortgage brokers who told us they could get us a loan. Unbelievably bad service, C&C!!!
