C & E Medical Training, LLC

I did an ACLS re-​certification a few months ago. We all was told the American Heart Association will mail the ACLS card directly to us. We had to fill out a self address envelop but the card never arrive in the mail. I tried calling C & E Medical Training, LLC but no one ever answer the phone. I called and left several messages and sent several emails but no one responded from their company. I called American Heart Association but they can’t get in contact with them either. I went several times to their business address but they are never there. Recently I went back to 2202 N West Shore Blvd where I took the class; finally someone at that location told me «the company took their stuff a couple of months ago and may have went out of business».
C & E Medical Training; they are so unprofessional. They didn’t even have the nerve to take care of the people who choose to do business with them before going out of business. They stole our money and didn’t care about us. What kind of Medical facility could be so heartless. They need CPR…

The only way you can request a duplicate card is to pay a fee and contact the place you received your original card at. Well, it turns out that this place must have went out of business shortly after I was certified through them. I emailed and called the lady who owns this company for several months before getting up. She got back to me the first couple times and then went MOI. The number associated with her business says they aren’t returning calls until September! What an unprofessional business. I would NEVER do business with them again or refer someone to them. Looks like I will be needing to retake the class a few months after I *just* was certified. I recommend you pick a more stable company to do your business with.
I am giving them a two-​star review instead of a one-​star review because the actual class was convenient and worthwhile. However, as many people in today’s world know, it’s no good to get your education through someone or someplace that’s not reliable or reputable, unless you like wasting your time and money!

Mary was a great instructor. Patient & fun. Great prices and will come back for my recertification.
