The staff here is really nice, the people in the office that aren’t management and the maintenance guys were always courteous and were very professional at all times. Beyond that though, any «renovation» is a circus act and it can get very noisy. The ponds are nice though and the pool does stay clean and is a nice area to relax. If the dog owners would pick up after their pets and it wasn’t as noisy I would give more stars but after 14 months of it staying the same I have to stay at it.

Im a fan of Camden Visconti ! The management staff and maintenance team are very responsive and professional. If there’s a need and/​or a concern about the property or my particular unit, they are always very helpful. Very nice property with first class amenities for the residents.

I’ve lived here nearly 3 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The management is very responsive to tenants’ needs. The maintenance crew is outstanding and prompt. Some of the residents who own dogs are rude and feel they are special and don’t clean up after their pets, and that is an issue.

Finally moved out and so happy to be gone. First, the amount of poop outside the apartment is disgusting. People leave trash in front or on side of compactor and don’t even try to put it in. Raccoons tear up anything left outside making a huge mess. Which is a given but lazy people make it the bigger issue. They have made some updates on exterior of property which is ok but was a pain to work and park around. The noises are the worst part. You feel like you live at the humane society with dogs barking at all hours. I suggest only getting third floor as you will hear every step and thing dropped upstairs. And be careful waking to your car or to the mailbox as speeders will run you over.
