Pros: downtown Tampa location, parking space included in rent
Cons: just about everything else — Poorly run, very poor communication from the staff, nickle and dime for anything and everything. Internet service is pretty poor (I ended up leaving and working from home at least 5 times over the course of 14 months, a direct result of the internet being down), and there is no onsite tech person so issues were slow to be resolved. They disallow VOIP phones; while they provide a landline phone, they charge for long distance (what year is this?).
There are landmines in the contract — $ 450 cleaning fee at the end of the lease; and the most egregious, a mandatory 3 month Virtual Office Agreement, which has no price associated with it; I was recently told this is $ 499 per month (typical virtual office service is $ 50-​$ 150 /​month)
My security deposit was due to be refunded, per the contract, in 30 days; 120+ days later I’m still waiting. Their representative has stopped responding to my inquiries. Unfortunately I will probably need to go to small claims court to get the deposit back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There are better options for short term office space.
