Chase Club

Visited the Chase Club at Amelie Arena last night for a special occasion to see the Lightning play the Wild. The Chase Club seats are mainly held by season ticket holders therefore in order to purchase them you must go through stub hub, Craigslist or some other third party.
We purchased them on Stub hub for approximately $ 415 for two tickets. They a have face value on the ticket of $ 135.
Tickets come with all you can drink beer, liquor and wine. There are 2 floors at the Chase Club (4 & 5). The food on the 4^th floor included, sushi, sashimi, oysters, tons of salads, BBQ (pulled chicken, Pulled pork, carvings of brisket, pizza, chicken fingers, nachos, assorted desserts. The list goes on and on. The food was wonderful.
The food on the 5^th floor had a small selection of food such as salad, sandwiched, meatballs, nachos, fried mac and cheese. Of course all beverages were included as well. The food selection was a 1 on a scale from one to 10 compared to what was on the 4^th floor.
If you have seats in the 4^th floor you are welcomed to all the 4^th and 5^th floor food. If you have seats on the 5^th floor you can only go to the 4^th floor if your tickets are season tickets. Luckily we purchased the tickets from a season ticket holder and got to go to the 4^th floor. I highly recommend ensuring that you can go to the 4^th floor.
The reason I only gave this venue 4 stars and I even considered 3 was because the liquor drinks were watered down. I cannot drink 7 vodka club sodas and not even have a small buzz but I did last night. Wonder how that could happen. This was very frustrating!!!
Otherwise, this is a great way to watch a hockey game.

Great pace to watch the game. Fantastic staff — really, they seem to be very proud and happy to work here. We all know we can’t say that for all entertainment venues or restaurants. I’ve never had problems at the Amalie to watch the Lightning or entertainment shows. It’s always a treat.

I was lucky enough to win tickets from the Lightning to sit on the bench pre-​game and watch the event from the Chase Club. It was undoubtedly the best sports game experience I have ever had!
You are treated like VIP from the moment you enter the arena. Private escalators/​elevators to the club and extremely helpful staff at every turn. Large, cushy seats help to prevent that uncomfortable ache by the second period. Each section has it’s own attendant to assist with any questions you might have.
The best part? Unlimited beer, wine, liquor, soda and every delicious food you can think of! Multiple types of macaroni and cheese, pizzas, chicken, beef, pasta, sandwiches, cheese & crackers, hot dogs, and hamburgers. There are also plenty of fruit and dessert offerings! There’s a waffle and ice cream bar that is semi-​hidden in the back, but you won’t be able to miss the long line! The food and drinks are complimentary with your ticket, but keep in mind that they try to slow the drinks toward the end of the game. I found this out when trying to get a drink for both myself and my partner, which I had been doing all game, and they told me I was no longer allowed. All is well though, as there honestly wasn’t one bad thing about this lounge.
The treats just don’t stop and the Lightning have a real winner in the Chase Club. It truly is an unforgettable experience and I cannot wait until I get a chance to visit again!

Amalie Arena’s Chase Club simply puts all-​inclusive food and drink experiences available at Rays or Magic games to shame.
Part of the reason for this is how years ago the Lightning upgraded the Chase Club to include alcohol along with draft beer and house wines as part of the ticket price. That remains the case to date, as I enjoyed both complimentary Svedka and Stoli pours when asking for vodka cocktails just this past weekend.
However, you must have the Chase Club ticket that does not restrict you to the fifth floor only to have access to the tremendous quality and variety of food. Full liquor bar is also available on the fifth floor, but Heineken draft is only available on the lower level as part of the complimentary draft beer selection.
As a Chase Club ticket holder most recently for the Ducks-​Lightning game on Sunday, February 8^th, here were the food stations:
Oysters and shrimp
Freshly made ravioli
Made-​to-​order cheddar grits
Pulled pork, free range chicken, muffins, mac and cheese, and cole slaw
Carved turkey and top round sandwiches
Gourmet burger sliders and hot dogs with toppings added to your wishes
Mutliple types of flatbread pizzas fresh from the oven
Tossed and caesar salads
Three flavors of boneless chicken wings as well as fries and poutine
Finger foods such as bruschetta, chicken salad served on crackers, gourmet cheeses and fresh vegetables
Dessert stations featuring various items including chocolate mousse
Carvel ice cream soft serve machines
Candy station featuring Starburst, Tootsie Roll pops and at least ten other individually wrapped treats
Snack station featuring individual grab-​and-​go bags of Doritos, Lays, trail mix, etc.
The Chase Club fifth floor features about four appetizers throughout the game and is generally comprised of egg rolls, empanadas, meatballs, chicken fingers, nachos, etc.
Chase Club ticket holders on the lower level are welcome and encouraged to go up the stairs to the fifth floor if they wish and enjoy food and beverage up there as well. However, Chase Club ticket holders on the fifth floor cannot go down the stairs for food and beverage on the lower level.
Customer service is excellent in the Chase Club and is only surpassed by the ridiculously good variety and taste of all the food available on a nightly basis.
While the Rays’ Hancock Bank experience peaked about four seasons ago and the Orlando Magic «Ultimate Lounge» only seems to serve full sitdown dinners rather than offering more sensible items for the sporting event crowd, the Tampa Bay Lightning get absolutely everything right in the Chase Club.

Thanks to my friend, we were able to get great tickets for the Tampa Bay Lightning versus the Los Angeles Kings game in the Chase Club at Amalie Arena.
The whole process of getting into Amalie Arena went very smoothly because there is a special entrance for Chase Club and Suite ticket holders.
The staff was so friendly and very helpful! When we entered the Chase Club, we were greeted by a smiling Sandy, who was so kind to answer all our questions.
We found our awesome seats and then headed to the bar. Melissa was our bartender that evening and was cordial and always had a smile on her face. At the Chase Club bars, all draft beers, house wines, sodas, and bottled waters are all complimentary. If you prefer liquor or bottled beer, there is a charge. Also, be mindful that all the draft beers are domestic and there are no craft beers on tap.
The food is also complimentary in the Chase Club. The food choices offered that evening were the following:
Pulled Chicken Sliders with Coleslaw
Mac n Cheese Bites
Pecan Chicken Tenders
Meatballs
My favorite of the four choices were the Pulled Chicken Sliders. They were a little sloppy to eat, but tasted pretty good. The rest of the food tasted ok, but nothing to rave about.
My only complaint was that there was limited dessert options. There were cookies served but those ran out before we had a chance to grab a few.
Chase Club tickets are steep, but luckily these were a gift. These tickets are definitely a good deal if you plan on eating and drinking in excess. I like the Chase Club too, because there is minimal crowding and lots of room to move around. Treat yourself and enjoy a great view in the Chase Club at Amalie Arena.
