I loooove this chick fil A. The service and food is great. Oh, and during lunch time don’t get discouraged if you see a long drive through line. You’ll literally be in and out in minutes. Whenever I forget my lunch and need to stop somewhere quick, this chick fil a is definitely my place to go.

Breakfast or Lunch is perfectly fine. Staff are ALWAYS friendly & courtesy. The drive thru is quick & accurate. 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. I do love the clean indoor playground & spacious indoor dining sitting. Definitely recommend spicy chicken sandwich! Always kid friendly but for dinner — not for me. You’ll still enjoy it here so come on in!

The food at chic-​fil-​a is great. At any chic-​fil-​a, I should say. I came in today via drive thru. There were only 4 people in front of me in the lane I was in and 3 people in the other lane. I don’t know how I managed to stay in line at the same spot for 20 minutes. The drive thru is supposed to quick, get them in get them out service. Every time I come to this location, it never fails, I am always waiting. And it sucks because this is the closest one to me. The renovation was great but it doesn’t help with how slow traffic goes in the drive thru. Staff is great most of the time. The next time I go and have to deal with this I will bring it up to a manager so something can get done about this.

Whew, this location is busy busy busy. So busy in fact that I had to park in the next parking lot and walk over. The staff here handled the lunch rush perfectly. Taking orders, executing them properly, refilling drinks and just over all excellent customer service that is expected with the Chick Fil A brand. Keep up the good work.

The service at this location typically exemplifies ideal fast food service. However, the last couple of times I’ve visited here, I’ve come for the free breakfast item, and the lines have been extra long.
On this morning, I arrived at 10:22 to find a line stretching into the parking lot. As we creeped closer, & I stared at the clock, I wondered if I’d make it. Alas, when I reached the speaker box at 10:32, I was told they were on lunch already. No, thank you. Seeing at least 15 cars in the two drive-​thru lanes behind me, I can imagine most of these potential customers are as disappointed as I am. In fact the car behind me also declined to order lunch. To add *insult to injury*, the exit was blocked with cones, so I had to wait through the rest of the queue. BUT, it gave me time to write this review!
I will update my review the next time I actually receive food from this location, free or paid. Note to self: get in line earlier for the free food.

I always get intimidated when I pass by during lunch but the service is very quick. They even created double lanes for the drive through which includes double pick up windows so you won’t get stuck trying to funnel into one Lane.
The dining area inside is always very clean and the staff very attentive. Not even 5minutes after I was done with my food, someone came along to dispose of my garbage.
Oh, and if you’re a Christmas fanatic, come here during the holidays. The manager goes all out with the lights and even brings in a choir.

I love this location! Everyone is always so nice, and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the food! You can’t ask for anything more with fast food!

Newly renovated and much larger than the previous one. Chic-​fil-​a never disappoints when it comes to chicken sandwich. Where they stand it is there above average service. I love how attentive the employees are and how kind and friendly they are. I’m always surprise when someone comes by and ask if I need more sauce or takes away my tray filled with tons of used sauce containers. I always leave with a smile on my face and and overly full belly filled with yummy fried chicken.

Of all of the Chick-​fil-​a restaurants I have visited, this location is truly the best. Some of my favorite things about this location which give them high marks above other Chick-​fil-​a locations are as follows:
1) Christmas display and nightly christmas performances. The restaurant is covered with an insane amount of lights. I have never seen any restaurant decorate like this. Definitely a «must visit» during the holiday season.
2) The size of the restaurant. This place gets quite a bit of traffic and it is great that they have recognized this and expanded appropriately. They have a nice large parking lot, double drive thru lanes (check out the conveyor belt lifting the food to the outside window) and a nice size dining room. As a result, I have never had to wait long when ordering or making a quick trip through the drive-​thu.
3) The way they cater to kids. They have a nice play area which always seems to be kept pretty clean. They also have stick on placemats and bibs available for the younger kids and cherrios in little plastic containers for the really small toddlers. I have never seen a location do anything like this.
4) Friendliness of staff. People are always walking around asking to refill your drink or clean the table for you.
It is clear this location has strives for greatness.

Love the customer service and the food! It is a good spot for a busy weeknight dinner. I also like that they have fundraising nights for local schools. The breakfast is good as well– just wish the iced coffee was a little better! Overall, I feel like this is one of tbe best fast food choices you can melake and the location is easy to get to from the Veteran’s expressway

I love this Chick-​fil-​a, the owner, Jason, is a wonderful man! They do their best to make you feel comfortable and happily served. They are also a great place to take your little ones. Especially around Christmas time!!!

This is our Chick fil A. My family and I love coming here. So much so that we are here at least 2 – 3 times a week.
The customer service is good and the food is always so fresh. We can always be sure that we will get what we order and if not they will fix it for us.
This restaurant has recently been renovated. It was always nice but small. The owner leveled the place and rebuilt it. It is much nicer and much bigger.
There is enough parking and their drive thru is very roomy and the service is fast. Their drive they can get very backed up, so pack your patience. If you come during their peak hours, they have 2 people outside taking orders and your money. I like the new drive they, but if you go in the evening, they are not that fast.
Again, their customer service is great. They tend to get meals incorrect, but they quickly fix it and are always apologetic about it. There is always a friendly manager on duty that is so pleasant and ready to make your visit great.
I give Chick Fil A 4 stars because the overall experience is good but their attention to detail and food orders could be better. Also, their drive thru service could be a lot better.

Chick-​fil-​a makes you eat more chicken! Who doesn’t love chicken? I love chicken but sometimes when your order is wrong you can go for a burger or a rib!
This Chick-​fil-​a is located in the Waters Crossings Shopping Center next to the Regions bank sharing the same lot with the Lowes, Target, Office Depot, and Tax Collectors DMV office. This location was newly renovated and is the closest one in my neighborhood. Sadly it used to be my favorite one.
Don’t get me wrong the employees still in embody the the values of chick-​fil-​a but it seems like when it comes to ordering there are always a lot of errors or the food takes too long. I think we let the errors slide because everyone is just so polite and willing to make it right so you can never be mad! I was at the drive thru window today for over 10 minutes but because everyone is so delightful as long as I was in no rush I waited. Now if it was somewhere else and the cashier had an attitude it would have been totally unacceptable. Truly something that management needs to think about. This location functioned better before they knocked the old building down, but what did they really get rid of?

The «old» store was razed and a Huge new one built. Much more parking and good traffic flow to accommodate the high volume drive-​in window. Has community table, high tops, booths and outdoor seating — largest and nicest CFA I have seen. Fresh flowers on every table. Friendly service, even brought my order to my table. Meal was good as always.

They lost their touch after the renovation. Pay all that money to fix what wasn’t broken. Orders are always wrong now. They run out of items all the time. What, did they lose all of their good employees during the Reno? They should really step it back up with PDQ a stones throw away.

The owner of this location is an extraordinary family. The quality & consistency of their food is quite good & I usually don’t eat fast food!
The restaurant is always spotless and the staff is always friendly & efficient. During peak times, the wait can be a bit long, but your food is always fresh and hot. If it’s time for fast food, this is the way I want to enjoy it.
What’s a girl to do? Occasionally ya just have to get some fast food.

They don’t have it together at this location. I’ve been to many chick’s, there is a certain standard and consistency that is expected which is reason enough to visit. sadly this particular location didn’t get the memo.
The cashier wasn’t very good, took a long time to enter the order and struggled to answer general questions… It’s very possible this was a newby, no a huge deal, but it did create unnecessary traffic.
Anyway, long story short, fries tasted old and lukewarm, my ice coffee was MIA, had to drag down a manager, said they’d bring it right out, tasted like it was poorly done, felt like they rushed it and missed a step, took a couple sips and threw it out.
Next up, I ordered two half gallons of lemonade and sweet tea which never came out, had to drag down the manager again, tells me they don’t have any half gallons, since I was charged for it they will give me a full gallon instead, sounds great. Returns with a gallon of sweet tea, goes back and brings out an empty gallon which is then filled halfway with lemonade, after I was told I’d get a full gallon.
No follow through, no apology for the wait and inconvenience. It truly felt out of sync, I expect more from Chick Fill-​A.

Fast food, by definition, needs to be fast.
Getting in and out of THIS place today around lunchtime was more of a mess than any sporting event I’ve attended in years. (And that includes attending multiple runnings of the Daytona 500)
The insane gridlock made 275 Westbound from downtown to West Shore look more manageable.
It literally took me almost 20 minutes just to get in and out of the place off Waters. And I never got to actually park in Chick-Fil-A’s lot NOR even got any food.
I parked at Lowe’s and walked through traffic to enter the building. After entering the restaurant and seeing a stagnant line more like a Toys R Us on Thanksgiving night, I made an immediate 180 against the flow and simply left.
The drive-​thru was also not an option and cars were lined up so far back that I could not even exit the property the opposite way without an addtional wait.
After my escape from this fiasco, I found a different fast food place further down Waters where I ordered and received food in under two minutes and was back on the road.
Oh, and they actually had plenty of choices on a «Value Menu.» something Chick-​Fil-​A does not even offer.
Maybe the cows in Chick-Fil-A’s ad campaigns are actually representative of how slowly you can expect to move at locations like this one. No thanks.

This isn’t my neighborhood chick fil a but I do frequent it occasionally.
Located in front of the Lowes plaza, you’ll find this unique chick fil a. Now you may ask, why is it unique? Check out its double drive thru. This isn’t any double drive through, it utilizes a conveyor belt type system to get your food to the exterior lane. Pretty cool.
Another unique attribute is their Christmas light display. It truly is beautiful and worth checking out during the holidays.

Eat Mor Chikin! at least that’s what all of the cows say.
Chick-​fil-​A has successfully run a very humorous advertising campaign for many years, and despite what others may think of the socio-​political views of the fast food empire’s CEO, there no doubting the freshness and quality of the food.
This Chick-​fil-​A sits on Waters Avenue right near the Veteran’s Expressway, and in the same shopping center as Lowes, Target, and the Tax Collector’s office. This particular restaurant does a booming business year-​round, and they have a double-​sided drive-​through to accommodate all of the cars. In fact this Chick-​fil-​A actually staffs people in the parking lot to take your carryout orders even before you drive up to the windows.
The management of this particular Chick-​fil-​A is very focused on the local community, and during the Christmas Holidays they pull out all of the stops with their decorating and turn this store into an incredible sound and light display that attracts families from all over the area. They have more Christmas lights than your average neighborhood, and have even installed bleachers in the parking lot so that families can pick up their meals and then sit on the bleachers as they watch all of the lights. Seriously amazing display!
Right now Chick-​fil-​A is advertising their 2014 calendar with all sorts of coupons to be used throughout the year, and featuring «The Cows». Another hysterical marketing effort from these folks.
OK, so back to the food… I usually order the Chargrilled Chicken Sammie which comes with lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a whole wheat bun. If you order the meal deal then you’ll get waffle fries and a drink. For a few bucks more I add in a cup of their delicious chicken vegetable and noodle soup.
